This is where your ideas start to take shape! In our meeting, we'll dive deep into your aspirations, discuss possibilities, and begin outlining the budget and design requirements for your project.

We'll formalize the design plan, which includes a $500 starting fee and options for 3D renderings. We'll also clarify HOA/city approval responsibilities and our clear, staged payment structure to keep things transparent.

With the design approved and terms set, it's time to build! Your yard will transform into a construction site as we handle any demo, excavation, and major landscape changes needed.
