Design Build process

01 Design

At Immaculate Outdoor, we begin the landscape design process by understanding the look you want to achieve, considering Austin’s unique climate, moisture conditions, and your maintenance and water usage needs. To start, you’ll complete a contact form and a Google form to share your vision, needs (privacy, color, shape, entertainment), and budget. Design fees start at $500, based on your project’s budget, and include detailed 3D renderings to help visualize the final result.

A plot plan or survey is required for all projects, and homeowners are responsible for HOA and city approvals. We only design and install landscapes that align with a valid budget and incorporate features like plants, turf, or functional hardscapes (e.g., fire pits, water features, or outdoor kitchens). Payment is structured in stages: 10% upfront, 50% on the first day, 35% at 50% completion, and the remaining balance upon project completion.
